1. Services Provided

OmegaEstimate offers construction estimating and takeoff services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We provide estimates based on the information supplied by the client and do not guarantee the awarding of any bids.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete project information. OmegaEstimate will not be held liable for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect data submitted by the client.

3. Payments

All payments for services must be made as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice. Work will not begin until payment or deposit is received, unless otherwise stated in writing. All sales are final unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.

4. Revisions

Revisions to estimates are allowed if they fall within the original project scope. Any significant changes or additional work may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery Timelines

OmegaEstimate will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by factors outside of our control (such as late file submissions or unclear project scope) are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, including estimates, reports, and takeoffs, remain the intellectual property of OmegaEstimate until full payment is received. Clients may use the deliverables solely for the project specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmegaEstimate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if the terms are violated or if the project is deemed inappropriate or unethical.

9. Changes to Terms

OmegaEstimate reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
